Oops! We've made a real clanger.
Ray has just created a sample of the contents for our qualiy handbook, which he has inserted into the ringbinder - only to discover that the binder is too small. It seems that someone here interpreted the extent of 350 leaves as 350 pages.
Is it too late to change the order? I tried to call you but your phone was continuously engaged, so I am faxing this to you instead.
