The Supplier here has a good existing relationship with the customer. There is no need to specify delivery instructions as the supplier knows where the parts are to be sent. The specification, though, remains clearly set out.
It is good idea to give the date by when you want the quote - this helps bring it to the top of the supplier's priorities. If he then gives you the quote after the date requested, you will be able to come down harder on him. Otherwise, you could be greeted with excuses such as ' I didn't realise it was so urgent'.
